EverRoof are exhibiting at UK Construction Week – Stand B337
EverRoof is a division of Evergreens UK, who over the past 35 years have pioneered the artificial grass market in the UK for landscaping applications.
EverRoof have designed a range of roof systems to transform unusable and ugly flat roof spaces into beautiful green multi-use areas.
The EverRoof systems are the only artificial green roof systems on the market to hold classifications for wind and fire resistance. The systems have been tested to UK and EU standards, achieving A-C fire rating and Broof(T4).
Our proven systems and flexible fixing methods add an extra layer of protection and extend the life of the roof without voiding any warranties. The EverRoof artificial green roof systems have been tested for wind uplift resistance and showed that they can resist wind speeds of at least 100mph, without lifting or showing any signs of damage or distress. Our flat roof systems create good vertical drainage through the grass surface, ensuring the grass does not lay in slow or pooling water and additionally does not hinder horizontal flow.
EverRoof were proud to be involved with the winning 2020 Green Roofing project of the year entry at the Roofing Awards.
Wonder Yarn represents the future of artificial grass, taking its name from the exclusive W shaped green blades of yarn which give the product a robust yet real look.
30mm shock absorbing foam with a fire retardant filter fleece top. Meets EN ISO 12616 Water infiltration rate of 20000 mm·h−1
A rodent-proof and shock absorbing cuspated drainage layer made from extruded polypropylene with integrated filter fleece.
Our EverRoof three-part system is used when installing directly on to the waterproofing finish and provides excellent vertical drainage, wind resistant and fire proofing qualities to rooftop spaces.
Our systems have been tested to BS and EU fire and wind standards for flat roofing. Full classifications and certificates can be supplied on request.
You may note that there is reference to ply board in our fire certification, as the system is installed upon multiple surfaces it was decided that we use a worst case scenario to simulate installation directly onto a waterproof base (Warm Roof) or an inverted roof on to insulation etc, all of which will have the correct fire classification for the system, therefor the ply should not be considered as a part of the system. We advise that all relevant departments i.e. fire, design, insurance and building control inspect our fire credentials for assessment prior to proceeding.
Please ensure the waterproofing our system will be going on top of has its Broof(T4) classification.
