EVR-4: Stone Base System

Product Information

General Information

EVR 4 is generally used on inverted roof areas where the roof requires additional build up for level transitions and surface levels.

This system provides excellent vertical drainage and allows the FFL to be set at desired levels. Additionally, it provides anchorage and a fire break between our system and the waterproofing build-up. Approximate dry weight of the system is 170-200kgs/m² @100mm depth.

System heights can be set to requirements by adjusting aggregate build ups. The combined build-up of the Wonder Yarn 36mm and 30mm Forcefield foam is 66mm, however as artificial grass has a crush factor of a minimum of 50%, the total height reduces to 48mm. This means that aggregate levels should be finished at 48mm below FFL.

As a norm, all of the EverRoof® systems require a perimeter margin of 250mm Scottish pebbles to provide perimeter anchorage, however the EVR 4 system does not require the pebble margin as the aggregate build up provides the necessary anchorage for the system.
